Maria Kilina
MBA, ACC
Maria is a facilitator, educator, and former senior executive who is passionate about helping creating environments and developing skills for fulfilling and engaging work life. With a unique blend of experience in corporate strategy, business development, coaching and higher education, Maria brings a holistic perspective to every room bridging the gap between performance and personal growth and fulfillment.
As a university instructor, workshop facilitator and an organizational leader, she has spent more than 15 years helping individuals and teams develop the essential people skills that drive real results, develop emotional intelligence, increase self-awareness, and enhance human connection.
Being a mindfulness advocate added to the sauce, Maria creates space for people to build sustainable success from within — not just in their roles, but as human beings. Her approach helps teams work smarter, connect better, and move forward with more purpose and less burnout.
Peter Craighead
Peter is a retired Canadian Healthcare leader in Cancer Care, whose major academic contribution has been to write extensively about leadership development. He has published 10 peer reviewed manuscripts in reputable journals, and recently published a book of essays that delved into the creation of a new style of leader. His focus over the past 5 years has been coaching young leaders to be self aware, find purpose in life and use goals to break away from mediocrity.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified Professional Coach with over 15 years of experience, Elena draws on a rich and diverse professional background in clinical counseling, psychotherapy, and leadership coaching to help people unlock their potential, foster healing and create lasting change in their lives and health. Elena’s expertise includes such areas as mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, trauma awareness, burnout and fatigue at work.
